Loveline Neh
Field Manager
Loveline is from Mankon Village, near Bamenda in the Northwest Province of Cameroon. She has been working at GHAPE for almost six years now. She started working at GHAPE after finishing high school and six months of computer training. She originally began working at GHAPE because she was in need of a job, GHAPE was in her local area, and she was interested in the impact GHAPE had on their clients.
Nji Kenneth Nsoh
Credit Assistant
Trained as Credit Assistant at Grounded and Holistic Approach For People’s Empowerment (GHAPE), a poverty alleviation program for the underprivileged based on community empowerment through micro credits.
Amancho Eric Ambe
Accountant
Eric has been working with GHAPE for eight months now. He studied at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants to receive his Bachelors of Accounts. Before coming to work with GHAPE, he worked as the accountant and loans officer in the Bafut Cooperative Credit Union for five years. He began working with GHAPE as he was able to help clients through a more diverse program that was more socially oriented, while still maintaining his job security.
Yilom Ernest Fointama
Credit Assistant
Ernest has been working with GHAPE since August 2007. He came to GHAPE after finishing his advanced studies (high school). He was happy that he was able to put the knowledge he acquired in school to practical and productive use with GHAPE.
Mercy Bertha Nahvo
Credit Assistant
Mercy has been working with GHAPE since July 2007. She graduated from the University of Buea with a Bachelors of Arts in History and Archaeology and also took a computer training course. Mercy has always dreamt of working for an NGO that serves the community and helps to improve the living standards of those in the community. She came to GHAPE because not only do they serve the poor through financial services, but they also offer services and training in areas such as gender inequality, HIV/AIDS, and poverty alleviation.

Celestine Nche Moti
Credit Assistant Celestine has been working with GHAPE since 2001. He is presently serving as a Credit Assistant/Center Manager. He came to GHAPE after finishing his advanced level education (high school); he wanted to work with an organization that worked closely with the underprivileged.
Nangah Hostensia Forti
Credit Assistant
Hostensia studied at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants to receive an advanced level certificate. She came to GHAPE early in 2008. it interested her to learn about how microfinance works and to apply her own talents to this field. She saw it as an opportunity for her to help the clients better manage the loans they receive. She has always wanted to serve her local community, and GHAPE was the perfect gateway for her to fulfill this dream. Hostensia hopes to further her education and be a part of the expansion of GHAPE.
Che Donald Akinji
Credit Assistant
Donald is from Nitop, a quarter in Bamenda, Cameroon. He holds a GCE advanced level certificate and has been working at GHAPE for three years. He originally came to GHAPE as he has always dreamt of working with an NGO that serves the community and more specifically, the poorest of the poor. He also wanted to gain experience working in microfinance and with gender issues.
Mujum Bridget Bih
Bridget is from Mankon, Bamenda, in Cameroon. She has been working for GHAPE since 2005. She first came to GHAPE in order to gain more experience while serving the community. She enjoys working with GHAPE as the staff are extremely disciplined and work hard. She is also happy with the strong relationship that has formed between the staff members and clients.
Bii Beatrice Ngu
Credit Assistant Volunteer
Beatrice has been working as a volunteer at GHAPE for a month. The training to become an employee lasts for three months. She applied for a position with GHAPE because she was extremely interested in working with a microfinance institution and she was impressed by the unique poverty alleviation program GHAPE uses to empower its clients. Since starting at GHAPE, she has enjoyed the cordial relationship between the clients and staff. She has also been happy to see how many clients lives have been changed through the training and loans offered by GHAPE.

Mecaley Kusona Doris
Credit Assistant Volunteer
Doris has been a volunteer with GHAPE for one month. In order to become a full time staff member, she must complete three months of volunteer work and training with GHAPE. She started work with GHAPE because she was interested in working with an NGO that dealt with the underprivileged and poverty. She has been happy to see the way in which the clients and staff work together hand in hand towards the common goal of raising living standards and empowering the poor. She hopes to become a full time staff member in two months and continue to work with GHAPE.
